For parents

Getting them started should not take longer than the practice.

EBA Skills gives your child one clear challenge at a time and gives you a visible result afterwards.

The hard part is often getting the session started.

“Do some Maths” can mean almost anything. A named skill, visible goal and previous score give the child a much clearer first step.

A realistic week.

  • Two or three short rounds.
  • One deliberate repeat.
  • One change of thinking.
  • One short conversation.

More screen time is not automatically better practice.

What parents see.

A completed skill produces something you can use: a result, a personal best, a repeated attempt or a clear next step.

less negotiation before practice

a clear session with an end

more independent attempts

visible completion

results and personal bests

repeated skills

related next steps

Practice should give something back.

A completed session should produce a result, a pattern, a personal best, a clearer next decision, or a reason to repeat.
